Policies and Services

Consultations:

Prior to booking a service, a consultation must be made. This will be a fee charge of $10 (if you decide to enroll with us, this will be count towards your first invoice) and will be arranged at a convenient time. This allow us to meet you and your extended family. Throughout the consultation we will asnwer any questions you may have, complete forms, make payments and get a copy of your house key.

Reservations:

We encourage our new clients to make reservations "at least" one week ahead in order for us to give you the service you deserve, if this is not possible a minimum of 72 hour notice should be given. Last minute  (72 hours or less) reservations (if possible) require a 20% charge of the bill.

Cancellations:

72 hour or 3 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. 48 hour or 2 day notice will receive 50% refund. 24 hour notice or less will receive a 20% refund. Refunds can be given back as cash or can be credited towards next service. If no notice is given and you requested our service and your pet is not at home when we arrive, you will be charged for the service. If you are at home with your pet when we arrive you will be charged for the service. Refunds for checks please allow 10 business days.

Payment:

Payment is due prior to service (after you sign all forms during consultation for first time clients.) Cash and money orders are the only acceptable methods for first time clients. For established clients, personal checks are acceptable. Any non-payments will accrue a late fee of $10. a $30 fee charge will be made to all checks that get returned (bounce back).

Holidays

No services visits will occur during the following holidays : New years, Presidents day, Easter, Memorial day, 4th of july, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day, New years day, New years eve. If you still require our services during this days, there will be an adittional 25% charge.

Dog Walking

Will be done around your neighborhood for mid-day visits only or between the hours of 11:30-5:30pm. They are between 10-30 minutes. Sometimes due to weather (rain) it will be shorter but the remaining time of the half-to-one hour visit will be used to play with your dog indoors, brush their coat, etc.

Hours of Visit

Morning visits are between 6:30 am to 10 am. Mid-day visits are between 11:30 am to 4:00 pm. Evening visits are between 5:30 pm and 10pm. No longer than 6-8 hours will go without visiting your pet if you request 2 visits. You can request morning, mid-day or evening visits. Please let us knows between what times you would like us to make our visit.

Puppies and Special Needs Animals

If you require frequent visits let us know we charge a fee of $10. We can split visits to make it more affordable and this way your pet will not have accidents in the house and will be cared for appropiately. (EX: "Bubba" the maltese puppy needs to be out every 3 hours. you ask for the "regular visit" package which includes two visits of 30 minutes each for the price of $20-25 + the $10 split charge. You ask us for a morning visit and mid-day visit. If you would like the visits split becuase your puppy can't hold it that long, in "morning visit" we can make a stop of 10-15 minutes at 6:30 am and a stop of 10-15 minutes at 9:30 am and "mid-day visit" we can make a stop of 10-15 minutes at 12:30 pm and a stop of 10-15 minutes at 3:30pm. ) Note: this service is only available for tarpon springs area.
